The Healing Wiz CRM — Lead Management CRM (Laravel + Next.js)
The in-house CRM for The Healing Wiz, a coaching and workshop business.
React.js front ends for dashboards, CRMs, quizzes and learning platforms, built by a full-stack developer who designs the API they connect to as well.
A React front end is only as good as the data layer underneath it. Many React projects stall on stale caches, race conditions and API mismatches rather than on components. I build both sides, so the front end and the API are designed together.
One example from my work: a CRM's lead list sometimes showed different numbers after a refresh. React runs effects children-first, so the first request went out before the header's filters were applied. I moved the filter state so it is set during render, and made the query keys include it. That kind of fix needs someone who understands React's rendering model, not just its syntax.
Data-heavy interfaces with tables, filters, charts and role-aware screens.
Single-page apps on a Laravel or PHP API, with authentication and permissions.
Quizzes, booking wizards, step-by-step lesson players and calculators.
Statically exported or server-rendered sites with strong SEO and fast loading.
TanStack Query and simple stores for caching and data consistency.
Bundle size, unnecessary re-renders, hydration problems and Core Web Vitals.

Yes. New React work is TypeScript by default. For an existing JavaScript codebase, I can add types gradually.
Yes, whether it's REST, GraphQL, Laravel, plain PHP or WordPress. If the API makes the front end awkward, I'll suggest small backend changes and can make them myself.
For a logged-in app like a dashboard, plain React (or a static Next.js export) is often enough. For public pages that need SEO, Next.js is usually better. I'll recommend based on your project.
Yes. I profile renders, split bundles, fix query and cache issues, and remove unnecessary state.
Business logic and data transforms get tests. UI testing depends on the project's budget and risk, and we agree it upfront.
