The Healing Wiz CRM — Lead Management CRM (Laravel + Next.js)
The in-house CRM for The Healing Wiz, a coaching and workshop business.
Laravel applications for the hard parts of a business: CRMs, booking and payments, role-based access, reporting and integrations, built with tested logic and clear structure.
Laravel is excellent at business software, provided the business rules are modelled carefully. My recent Laravel work is a multi-department CRM. Leads arrive from payment, website and WhatsApp webhooks. Lead stages are calculated from each lead's real history instead of being typed by hand. Bookings, programme enrolments and finance reporting all run on top of that.
I care about the things that keep a Laravel app healthy for years: tests that cover permissions and money, services kept separate from controllers, readable migrations, and code that a new developer can understand quickly.
Leads, pipelines, bookings, tasks and reporting, shaped around how your team actually works.
Sanctum or token-authenticated REST APIs, and GraphQL where your front end needs it.
Razorpay, Stripe and other gateways, with idempotent webhook handling and reconciliation.
Granular role-based access with tests that prove each role sees only what it should.
Dashboards, finance summaries, CSV and Excel exports, and scheduled reports.
Upgrade older Laravel versions, add missing tests, and take over projects from other teams.
