Which time zone do you work in?

I'm in India (IST), and my working hours overlap with the UK and European working day. Calls can be arranged for US clients too.

How do payments work?

Fixed-price projects are usually split into milestones. Retainers are billed monthly. Everything is agreed in writing before work starts.
