PlantVers Wholesale — Headless WooCommerce + Next.js Store
A wholesale plant store for growing businesses.
WooCommerce development for stores that have outgrown off-the-shelf setups: wholesale rules, quote flows, custom plugins, multi-region sites and headless storefronts.
WooCommerce gives you full control of your store, and that control is worth having only if the custom parts are built carefully. I have built a wholesale store where the cart syncs to the server and every price is re-read from WooCommerce, so a customer can never set their own price. I have also written a complete live-chat and helpdesk plugin for WooCommerce, about 12,300 lines of code.
Other stores in my portfolio include an office-furniture B2B store for the USA and Canada, a craft-drinks D2C brand, a national wine retailer, and multi-region PPE stores, several of them maintained on WP Engine.
Custom WooCommerce themes and product structures for D2C and B2B catalogues.
Buyer roles, sold-by-the-set quantities, tiered pricing, quote requests and trade approval.
Checkout fields, order workflows, admin tools and integrations, built as maintainable plugins.
A Next.js storefront on the WooCommerce Store API, with server-side cart and price checks.
Fewer plugins, query and cache fixes, and faster product and checkout pages.
Updates tested on staging, extension compatibility checks and payment-gateway monitoring.

Yes. With the right roles and pricing rules, a WooCommerce store can serve trade buyers alongside retail, or run as a wholesale-only store, which I have built.
Yes. I wrote a complete live-support plugin for WooCommerce, and I regularly build smaller plugins for checkout, orders and integrations.
It's worth it when you need a very fast, highly custom storefront and have the budget to maintain two codebases. For many stores, a well-built standard theme is the better choice. I'll advise honestly.
Usually yes. The biggest gains come from removing plugins, fixing slow queries, caching and lighter product pages.
