The in-house CRM for The Healing Wiz, a coaching and workshop business. It replaced spreadsheets and chat threads with one system that runs from first contact to programme delivery. Leads arrive from payment pages, the website and WhatsApp. Sales books clarity calls, finance reconciles payments, and the delivery team runs batches and sessions. Each role sees only what it needs. The public booking page linked here is part of the same app.

What I built

Lead capture via webhooks

Payment, website-form and WhatsApp events create or update leads automatically, with source and campaign tracking.

Calculated lead stages

Each stage is worked out from the lead's real history (booked, paid, converted), not typed in by hand, so reports stay honest.

Duplicate merging

A duplicates screen finds people who chat from one number and pay from another, and merges them safely.

Calendly-style booking

A public four-step booking page. Agents publish their own dated slots, and booking links come pre-filled with the lead's details.

Programmes and fulfilment

Programmes, batches, enrolments and sessions. A payment enrols the lead automatically, and milestones are tracked.

Task Center

Weekly planner, department meeting log, document library and reviews, scoped by role.

Finance and reports

Accountant and healer roles, a finance summary, and management-only people and team reports.

Roles and permissions

Granular role-based permissions, with tests that check each role sees only its own data.
