The plumbing that brings every enquiry into the CRM automatically. Payments from Razorpay pages, registrations from the WordPress workshop popup, and WhatsApp chats from DoubleTick all land in the CRM as leads, with the right source and campaign and the right owner. No one copies them across by hand.

What I built

Contact Form 7 → CRM

A WordPress mu-plugin hooks form submission and posts the lead to the CRM over a signed webhook. Secrets are kept in wp-config.

Razorpay webhooks

Only the lead-page prices create leads. Larger payments are recorded as conversions, and the Rs.799 add-on is handled correctly.

WhatsApp (DoubleTick)

Chat-assignment events set the chat representative. The agent directory is rebuilt from stored webhook payloads because the API has no user list.

UTM and checkout prefill

Landing pages keep UTM and click IDs and pass name, email and phone to the Razorpay payment page.
