Jigsaw runs drama, singing and dance classes for young people across the UK. The Next.js front end reads from two GraphQL APIs: a Laravel app for the shop, classes, bookings and franchises, and WordPress with WPGraphQL and ACF for pages and menus. After the site moved from WP Engine to AWS, I diagnosed and fixed the problems the move caused.

What I built

Two GraphQL APIs

A Laravel GraphQL API for commerce and bookings, and WPGraphQL + ACF for content.

Post-migration fixes

Fixed the home route, which broke because WordPress reading settings were not carried over in the move.

API diagnostics

Checked CORS and API health directly, which pointed the remaining errors to the front end.
