CCSA — Carbon Capture & Storage Association is the European trade association working to speed up the commercial use of carbon capture, utilisation and storage. I work on the site as part of an agency team (CDA Group), looking after the WordPress build hosted on WP Engine and the day-to-day development work the client needs.

What I built

Headless CMS

WordPress runs as the CMS behind a Next.js front end. I maintain the API data the front end depends on.

Meetings API fix

Found that editors keep the meeting-to-working-group link on the meeting (an ACF field) and rebuilt the custom API to read from that side.

WordPress maintenance

Core, theme and plugin updates on WP Engine, with staging checks before changes go live.

Fixes and content updates

Bug fixes, page and content changes, form fixes and small feature requests from the client.
